Besides being extremely strategic, this phase will help socialize machine learning and artificial intelligence within the organization and integrate it within the existing priorities.
The Integration phase is about identifying the opportunities for automation, prioritizing them and planning for their implementation clearly establishing the process and data stakeholders, dependencies, and constraints. We will articulate the overall automation structure, road-map for implementation, budgets, and resources needed. By the end of this phase, we should expect to have an accurate estimate of the involved effort and the expected Return on Investments.
Finally, during The Partnering phase, we will begin to develop the technology by choosing the right frameworks and learning environments for the expected or desired outcomes. These technologies will be proto-typed for predictability and accuracy, followed by sanitization in test and controlled conditions. Eventually and after iterations, real conditions orchestration will happen. Be it a bot to provide the first level of response to your customers or a label service to identify that malicious mail, we will want to ensure accuracy and predictability. Data Science & Artificial Intelligence can be fuzzy but not so for the return on your investments.

METHODOLOGY
We will use a unique four by four framework and a six stage charter to guide the automation journey at your organization. This will develop the thinking about the expected outcomes and the enhancement that discovering and embedding intelligence in your processes will achieve.
The six-stage iterative method implements the frameworks as we progress to achieve the desired return on the automation investments made. All along our focus is to build capacity and capability while managing the constraints and contingencies. Along the entire journey we use a Return on Investments based approach for governance of the project.
